mini weather station

i have a weather station that not working. when the active button is on it wont work. any ideas?

Is it a Hunter controller?
If it is, sometimes the manual station bypasses the rainsensor. If you manual all stations that may make it work.
It may not be a hunter. Has it ever worked or is it a new install?
I just hit that wall a month ago.
