Wire selection

You have various wire available by conductor. I intend to have 5 valves in one location. Am I to assume that I should be looking for wire w/ 6 conductors (w/ one neutral) or is this the total number of single wires in the jacket which would only support 3 valves?

How many total zones do you have? If you have 5 total zones, then you need a 6 conductor wire so you can use one for the common wire.

You need a 6 conductor wire. The one neutral wire is connected to every valve.

They have wire all the way up to 13 strand. Also, if you want to expand in the future I would get larger wire now that way you don't have to replace it in the future.
