Dura Manifolds How Tight

I am installing a dura manifold and my question is how tight do I tighten the valve take off fitting?:?: I do not want to damage the O-Rings.

Dura manifolds are designed to be tightened by hand. So I would assume you want it firmly tight... but not necessarily as tight as you can tighten it.
