Hunter xc issue

Hunter xc issue

I have a <1year old hunter xc, and just turned it on from the winter. The controller will not move past station #1, automatically or manually. It will not shut off the station, though the display shows it is off. I've reset the controller, and done a diagnostic with no error shown.
