Orbit Anybody???

Two of my local hardware stores carry Orbit products. Does the Orbit line have anything good to offer (relative to Toro, Hunter, and Rainbird)?
Any input on the matter would be greatly appreciated!

Orbit is a cheaper version of hunter, on some aspects as far as sprinkler heads. There controllers are their own, and stink (no offense) The Orbit 5500 (voyager) and their (mini rotor) is similar to the PGP and the PGm, just a cheaper version. Orbit is not a brand i would recommend. I would purchase professional products from Sprinkler warehouse (hunter)

The house we purchased has an Orbit system installed. How do I stop 2 heads from sprinkling & stop a drip line?

Thanks,

Orbit is trash. Stay away from it... The two heads must be dug up, there will be a 1/2" risor connecting to the bottom of the spray head. Buy a 1/2FPT cap and screw it on. To stop a drip line, you will need to cut the pipe and put the correct size plug in and use a clamp to create a good seal.
