Rainbird Controller Issue

When i had my rainbird system started up the year, It was not operating properly because 2 of the zones are open continuously. I ran the RASTER program and 2 of the valves cam back "FAIL" I cant seem to shut these valves off manually either. The RASTER manual says cntact Rainbird with a "FAIL" as its a controller problem. Any ideas?
