Stainless steel screw clamps

Do I need to use a screw clamp to secure the eel that connects to the water source to the sprinkler head? Or is Hunter

barb elbow tight enough?

According to Hunter it takes 408 lbs of pressure for the fitting to pop out of the tubing.

Just make sure that the swing (funny) pipe completely covers all of the barbs.
