backflow device

I want to purchase a new 765 vacuum breaker but the one on my house is the oppisite of the one in the picture. Do they make these "right and left handed"? Is it up to code to have the shutoff valves face the house if I purchase this ? Do you get new elbows with the 765 or can I use the exsiting ones which would mean no soldering? Thaks for the time.

A PVB is a central casting and two ball valves - no elbows. All 765s are the same. Doesn't stop anyone from repositioning the valves.
