Never, ever, validate stupidity. If there's a code, follow it. If there isn't, do yourself a favor and understand that it isn't your water. It belongs to the state. And sooner or later, they will take an interest in safeguarding the supply.If you aren't concerned with codes, why bother with anything? Geeez, could you get any more stupid?!!
