Zone runs by its self

Zone runs by its self with no power to controller. However, I switch the solnoid with another vaule and the zone switched. So would you say solenoid or black Diaphragm or maybe the spring? All this pieces where conected

Since the problem switched valves you have two choices. Either there's something wrong with the solenoid. Could be the plunger is stuck open or the plunger is missing. Could be the controller. Try disconnecting the wire from the solenoid at the valve. If it shuts off the problem is at the controller.
