EXACTLY,,,,, dont pull the actual head out, its not necessary, if it is spray heads you may want to consider replacing the entire nozzle beacuse they are rather hard to clean. also when you flush your valves, take all the valves apart at once, and flush, dont do one at a time, because then the sediements move back and forth through the lines
if they are rotors just take the nozzles out (thouse you can clean easily) and replace once the lins are thouroghly flushed
