unclog sprinkler heads

my system was installed without a screen filter, and is fed by well water. My well pump sent up some small sediment which found it's way into my control valves and heads. Is there an easy way to clean all of this out (the heads don't spray nice and valves dont operate correct now), or must I disassemble all valves and pull all heads to clean this properly?

Yes you should. And just to be safe when your taking the nozzles off in the head to let the lines flush for a while.

EXACTLY,,,,, dont pull the actual head out, its not necessary, if it is spray heads you may want to consider replacing the entire nozzle beacuse they are rather hard to clean. also when you flush your valves, take all the valves apart at once, and flush, dont do one at a time, because then the sediements move back and forth through the lines

if they are rotors just take the nozzles out (thouse you can clean easily) and replace once the lins are thouroghly flushed
