unclog sprinkler heads

my system was installed without a screen filter, and is fed by well water. My well pump sent up some small sediment which found it's way into my control valves and heads. Is there an easy way to clean all of this out (the heads don't spray nice and valves dont operate correct now), or must I disassemble all valves and pull all heads to clean this properly?
