Hunter Nozzle

I have a hunter pop-up with a nozzle that sustained damage from a yard trimmer. I don't know what model it is (sorry, no picture yet) but the broken part is on the very top and is a brown plastic disk. Can I replace this with any type of nozzle? I cannot find Hunter equipment in my area.

If this is the nozzle in question,

Keep in mind the brown color means 12ft.
