Hunter EC Controller

I am attempting to turn my Hunter EC Controller on for the season. No matter what position I tunr the controller knob it still shows the "System Off " setting on the screen. Is there a problem with the controller that can be repaired?

The controller needs to be reset. Turn to page ten in your manual or use this link. Look under, Clearing the controllers memory/Resetting the controller.
