Low Pressure in Two Zones

I have two zones on my Rainbird system that do not fully pressurize. One zone is a spray zone for front flower beds and the second is a pop-up zone for the front lawn. Any suggestions?

I do not have any wet areas that would indicate a leak.

Open the bleeder screw on the valves one at a time and see if that makes the sprinklers come on all the way.
If so then the diaphragms are bad. Keep turning the screws til they almost come out if need be.
