Cannot set the time on EC hunter 600i

Cannot set the time on EC hunter 600i

My EC Hunter 600i is working fine except for one problem
I'm unable to set the time. I have tried everything
It will let me set the day and hour but not going to minutes or am/pm
any ideas?

Try resetting the controller. Take out the back up battery and unplug for 5 minutes. Then try reprogramming
