Orbit valve problem!

Just installed 3 zones, 14 heads! Well was working great since July 16th, Guy just had filter on pump replaced, then after that 1 zone won't turn off! But replaced seloind, and now when turn to right witch is all the way off, it's on full power! Then turn to left an turns down to trikle? So took apart orbit valve checked nothing in it! So now dumb founded by it, could diaphram be bad?
