You might splurge and get a larger photo 
That is a Batrow controller and the company is long long gone. It has one motor, and when it goes, you wave bye-bye to it and buy a new controller.

Well, color me embarrassed. I just checked, and they yet live. If you need a new motor, good luck. If all you need are some pins for the controller, then they can help
