Pimp Controller problem

Pimp Controller problem

Hope you can help?

I have a bore pump system with a lowara pump controller, that when I got home from holidays, the start up capacitor in the controller panel had melted, and looked like it had caught fire. I replaced it with a new capacitor but now it just trips the cuircit breaker and does not start the pump.

Any ideas?

Check resistances of the motor windings.
