All 4 zones come on at the same time

Recently replaced the controller and now all 4 zones come on at the same time and obviously there isn't much water pressure this way ! Any ideas what I may have done wrong ?

Could be bad valves. It only takes one sticking open to drag down the pressure to a point where none of them will reliably close. This is why they make zone valves with flow controls.

well..
I would first start with finding the 4 valves in your yard.

Did you winterize your system last year? It's possible they turned on the valves manually and did not shut them off
