Pressure Vacuum Breaker

Hi from Oregon, great site will definately be back for the forums.

So I had a valve blow out over the winter and I just replaced it problem is it was part of an assymbly that is connected to a pressure vac breaker. Turned the system on and everything seemed fine however a small amount of water is still seeping out of the breaker too much to leave it be. My guess is a sticky part in the breaker is causing something not to sit right. Any ideas?
