when one zone goes off water pressure remains in the line and water seeps out of the sprinkler head.

How long does it seep out?

If it's constantly 24/7 seeping that you have a stuck valve and that valve would need to be replaced

If it's only for a short amount of time - Sprinkler systems are a gravity based system, so water will leak out generally out of the last head on the zone until it reaches atmospheric pressure.

You can install a SAM Sprinkler head to help prevent the sprinkler head from leaking after the zone shuts off

This is a Pop up spray SAM
This is a Rotor SAM
