two valves on one zone

I know it is not standard procedure, but will the timer open two different valves, wired in parallel, on the same zone?

Seen it done on numerous occasions. I've only seen it cause a problem two times. Both times all it did was blow the fuse on the controller. Give it a try and see what happens.
