Help: How to unscrew ball valve?

My Febco 765-1 has a crack on shut-off valve.

Today, I bought a ball valve at Lowes to replace it but can't unscrew the original ball valve.

It is just too tight and WD-40 isn't working.

Should I have to purchase entire PVB?

Thanks.

Where to purchase the ball valve for a 765-1 1"

I have looked everywhere for this part. I bought the entire breaker from Lowe's and they don't carry just the ball valve.

Any 1" ball valve female by female will work.

Lowes carries brass ball valves. Look again.
