1 zone will not shutoff

I have a Toro Vision 1 series system. After starting and shutting off each zone manually I have one zone that will not shut off. It says it is off on the display however the water is still on. It will go off when I shut off the water supply, but when I turn on the water supply it starts again. I have also unplugged the control panel but the water remains on. Help!

this valve has gone bad and will need to be replaced. find the valve in question and replace it
