How to read sprinkler specs?

I am getting a little confused here with sprinkler charts. Lets say I need a rotor with 25' radius. So to get 25' do I need to pick specific nozzle for working pressure?
Do these charts list working/dynamic pressures or static?

ok, thanks that's what I was thinking. So for a given pressure I just choose nozzle and fine tune radius with radius adjustment screw?
