wire fixing

What is the best way to fix a cut wire? Is the electrical tape enough or is it necessary to use that glue stuff around the tape.

i would join the two.....put a nut on...then electrical tape the whole thing

If you use a pentite...no need for electrical tape.

DO NOT use regular nuts and electric tape.....
