PGP Rotor arc no longer adjustable

I am unable to adjust the arc on one of the Hunter PGP rotors....I tried with the sprinkler key and then with a flat head screwdriver...perhaps some soil got in there or the adjustment screw is stripped....any ideas? If the screw is stripped what needs to be replaced?

Thanks!

Before you completely give up, you can pry off the rubber cover of a PGP

Dirt clogs up the allen key adjustment screw.. Use a tooth pick or dental tool to clean it out too
