Just bought house, want to use sprinklers.

Hello!!

We just bought a foreclosed house that has a nice sprinkler system. People before us did not use it, but the couple before them did. Probably has not been used for about five years. We turned all the valves on, only three or four in the back yard popped up and were working properly. Some had water coming out, others did nothing. Has a timer control box, not sure what it is called, but cannot figure it out.

Husband is trying to grow new grass so I think we should get the system working, so it will be easier to water. Anyone have any ideas to what we could do??

Thanks!

In my opinion.

I think it's completely worth it to have a irrigation company come out and get your system going. Walk with them and ask questions to learn your system.

I 'teach' homeowners about their sprinkler systems all day everyday
