Zone 1 Will not shut off

Zone 1 Will not shut off

I have a 3 zone system with Rainbird ESP 6si controller. I can't shut off zone 1 even by unplugging the controller. Anyone have that sort of issue? Thanks so much!

A valve is stuck open, and needs repaired.
