Pump inoperable

I have Pro C Hunter. Controller indicates system running. Pump does not activate. Rainbird bypass on. Does relay have reset switch?

It could be that the pump is set to off,Turn dial to bottom,SET PUMP OPERATION,then turn it on if its not already. if its a pump start system that is.
Need more info though. If you have a pressure system with a square pressure switch near pump and a small or large tank. could be a broken switch. need some more info though to give you specific things to try. what kind of pump system is it.
