rainbird ESP-8 one of my stations not working

I've got 8 stations programmed and never had a problem (in last 6 yrs) with my Rainbird ESP-8. After noticing a certain section of my grass dried out (for station #1), I noticed that although the display shows it's on (with 100% water pressure at the scheduled 20 minute cycle), nothing's happening. Yet, all my other stations work perfectly. I've tried switching to control B and still nothing. I'm baffled here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Normally if there is a problem with the controller all zonzes or more than one fail. Check to see that zone one is wired correcty, then head out to the green box in your yard where the valves are. Find the valve that activated zone one, by manually turning them on. Make sure that both wires of the valves are correctly connected, and did not fall apart. Then if the problem still is there, unscrew the top of the valve,a dn pull out the "guts" clean everything out, (of course turn the water off before doing this, or youll drench yourself) then put everything back together. Depending on the valves you have will determine how you unscrew them. Let me know what happens
