Hunter Pro C not starting

I have a Hunter Pro C controller. It does not start when in run mode automatically. Will run when I tell it to start manually, either all zones or individual zones. How do I troubleshoot?

you're doing something wrong in programming. Review it making sure things like run times is not set to zero. Better do it again from scratch following the manual.
