pump info

I have a spring fed pond im wanting to irrigate the pond probally gonna take 3 inch and half valves wanting to run about 15 rotors on a zone any ideas of what size pump to use john deere landscaping said a 1 hp would work but i believe a 2hhp would be more effecient, does any one have any sugestions any help would be thankful

There is way more to take into consideration than just number of heads and h.p. If you were to tell us what the total feet of head was for a zone, then we could probably help you out.
