One rain sensor for two controllers

One rain sensor for two controllers

Hi everyone. I have two Toro controllers, same model. Any reason I can't connect them both to one rain sensor?

You may have to find out on your own - pros never directly connect two controllers together, for fear of unwanted interactions - Why is it that your first controller is 'maxed out' when there was more yard to cover? (what make and model?)

Toro Lawn Master II - four zones - all used last Spring. Had a really cut up piece of property combined with low gpm and psi and I used sprinkler heads. I actually may switch out a few sprinklers and use MP Rotators to maybe free up a zone for future use.

New system will be three zones and a much bigger area - Using MP rotators.

EDIT: Hunter says only a wireless rain sensor will work with two controllers.
