UNDERSTANDING EZ-1 CONTROLLER OPERATION

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO OBTAIN OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS, TROUBLE SHOOTING INFO AND A WIRING DIAGRAM FOR THE EZ-1 CONTROLLER? MY CONTROLLER HAS A FLASHING "POWER" RED LED AND THE "PULSE" AND THE "CARD" LEDS ARE OFF. SHOULD THE "PULSE" LED BE FLASHING ALSO?
