Weather Mate Controller

I'm getting the battery icon and my system will not work at all. It started doing this a couple of weeks ago and I turned the power on and off and finally it started working. Now it's dead, when I try and run it in manual the timer starts but doesn't fire the solenoid. I'm guessing it might be the power supply. I checked the wires to make sure that they hadn't come loose.
