Zone 4 won't shut off

Zone 4 won't shut off

All zones start & shut off properly on my rainbird RC-4BI until it hits zone 4. This zone will keep running even after I manually turn the system off or go to another zone. I have to turn the water supply off to stop the water flow.

My first thought would be that the valve is failing.
Question: if you turn the water back on does the zone run again?
Or does it wait until the next time it's activated?

I am having the same problem, when i turn on the water supply, 2 of 3 zones are auto started, and can not shut off from controller until i turned the water supply off.

what should i do?
