low flow rate design

I would like to install a sprinkler system but my well is only rated at 6.0 GPM. Well depth is 500 ft. When the well was drilled they hit water at roughly 350 but I went the extra 150 in the hopes of getting more capacity. Im looking to water just the front yard which is approximately 60 x 120 (7200 sqft). Currently, I can run 3 rotary sprinkers in line with a standard 1/2" garden hose connected to the spigot at the incoming water supply from the well. Total garden hose length is about 150ft and i get about a 40ft diameter water pattern.

Is it possible to run a sprinkler system with these parameters? Ive seen info where 8 gpm is minimum.

You can design a system to work with 6 gpm - I've done it before. You just need to use zone valves with flow controls. If the well water has any sand in it, you will also need to filter the water in the supply plumbing.
