Rainbird esp6si not turning ON sprinklers

Hi, I need some help here.

I have a Rainbird esp6si controller that is not turning ON the sprinklers. The controller shows all of the settings but nothing happens. I do see that the power adaptor is cracked. Would this could have burnt the IC's in the controller? Please suggest any other checks or solutions. Thanks!

The obvious check is an electrical one, using a multimeter. You may read a short circuit in a zone, from a failed solenoid. You may read an open circuit, from a cut wire or a failed rain detector.
