Poor Automatic Water Pressure - One Zone only

I have low automatic water pressure in one zone only. When I activate the manual bleed screw, the pressure in that zone is fine. (Note) This was occuring on an existing brass valve. I replaced the valve and the problemhas remained.
Any ideas?

The obvious idea is that you replaced the wrong valve - you might do a resistance check of the zone wiring
