GPM pump question

How do I determine the GPM from a well? Bucket and pressure guage or do I need to find out the depth of the well dynamic water depth or? I have Gould's GT15 pump. The well was already installed when I purchased my home. Any suggestions?

Bucket and pressure gauge. Hopefully you have a shutoff valve after your pressure gauge. Pumps are all about Dynamic Pressure, put another way....flow at a desired pressure level. If you can devise a way to vary the pumps water output in an attempt to increase and decrease the pressure, you'll have a better understanding of what the pump can really do.
