leaking flat hose

How do you fix a leaking 2" flat hose?

Never had anyone ask that before.
Only idea we can come up with at the moment is cut bad section out and use barb fittings with clamps.
But then you can't roll it up.
Another person suggested patching it with GOOP adhesive.
Said to make sure it set up solid before moving.
