Leaking hunter pgp

Have 3 heads on 1 zone. 1pgp rotor leaks from the top of the head(cap). The other 2 do not leak.Unscrewed the entire rotor, case and all down to the 90deg ell. Found water to be weeping from the ell, is this normal or is there a problem with the valve? like I said at the beginning, the other two rotors do not leak.Should I just replace the entire pgp rotor or is it a valve problem also.

Constant flow of water.I did pick up a new diaphragm at the local sprinkler supply co.They think it is a bad diaphragm. new valves were installed 3 months ago!

Weeping from the ell...
You have the head off, look down at the 90 and see water seeping.
From top (open) end or from glued joint?
Constant or just seepage of water remaining in system after valve turned off?
When you remove a head you should expect some water to be in the pipe.
