How many sprinklers can you hook up to one valve without losing pressure?

I hooked up 18 sprinklers to 1 valve and lost pressure? :( What do I do? I have 3 valves in the front. First valve has only 1 huge sprinkler and medium size sprinkler hooked up to it. The second valve has 18 valves hooked to it :( and I lost pressure :( (These valves were the small valves though - 18 of them and I thought it would be okay)???

I don't even have to look at your system to know that's too many.
Even if you use just 12' half circle sprays you are using around 23gpm. (18 x 1.3gpm)
Any full circles would be worse.
Your average residential water supply won't handle that.

You need to find your available gallons per minute. That will tell you how many heads you can run.
Check out design page 2 for figuring gpm.
Then look at figuring zones to figure out heads.

Let us know what you find out.
We'll be glad to help.
