Imperial valet sprinkler timer wiring - Need Help!

I purchased a home with a imperial valet sprinkler system. The Timer in the basement is wired up, but I think it is not correct. All zones function properly and the system will turn on, but will not shut the water off when the alloted time has elapsed.
The terminal block starts with a LINE 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,10,11,C,M.V
I saw wires hooked up to everything except m.v
there was a red wire hooked to C
If anyone knows the correct wire harness color code and configuration, it would be greatly appreciated. I will look for responces to this thread, but you may send immediate help to my email address below. Thanks for any assistance you may be able to provide.

the controller probably has nothing to do with a valve getting stuck open, which is almost always a mechanical issue within the valve

the Imperial Valet wiring harness is completely labeled as to which conductor is which - the color code follows that of the labeling of electrical components, up to a point (BBROYGBVGW) except black is Master Valve and white is Common

How do you turn the valve off once it's stuck open?
