Valve wiring

Hi, I am in need of desperate help. I had a sprinkler system installed in my back yard recently. There were two zones installed but only one turns on automatically, I noticed the valve wiring looks not correctly connected. I researched on the color coding and "how to" wire on your site but my valves have 9 to 10 color coded wires coming out of them and I am not sure how to connect them all. Please help.....

Two valves only need three wires.
Just look at the controller and see what colors are hooked up.
White/common
Red for example, valve 1
Blue for example valve 2.
Simple.

If you can't figure it call the dude who installed it. It's under warranty.
