Remove and Replace Nozzles in Hunter PGP Rotors

I know how one stalls these in a new head --- no problem. But how do you remove one that is already installed in order to put in a different nozzle? Yes, I can back out the set screw. But then it's difficult to see how to extract the embedded nozzle (without inserting something (what?) in the nozzle hole, if it's big enough and trying to pull it out).

If you want to save the installed nozzle to use later on, you might run the zone with the nozzle screw backed out, and let the water pressure blow it out of the head.
