Low Pressure From One Valve

Bought a home with a Rainbird system already installed. One zone has very low pressue when operated by either the controller or manually operating the solonoid. Don't see a manual bleeder on this model valve, just the solonoid and flow control. Thoughts?

a photo of the valve might help - a catch-all answer is to replace the valve, or at least everything except the valve body, a procedure known as a "guts swap"
