Bushes have grown up around sprinkler heads

I purchased a home in San Antonio that was built in 2006, the shrubs have grown up around the sprinkler heads that were install when everything was much smaller. The valves pop up out of the ground about 6 inches but need to come up much highter. How can I change this to allow the water to be delivered above the shrubs?

Move it is one option. Another one is replacing with a 12 inch pop up. Or install a riser which can elevate it as high as you want.

Each option is not difficult.
